Two biggest Korean game companies established an alliance

 

NC Soft (Taek Jin Kim) and Net Marble Games (Young Sik Kwon), two biggest game companies in Korea, established a strategic alliance for going out for global game market.

 

Both companies opened board meeting on Feb 16 each and both companies made a contract to acquiring shares and joining business for global game market. With the alliance NC Soft and Net Marble Games, Both shares their On-line and Mobile games IP and contents. Net Marble would focus on the development of the moblie games via NC Soft's global IP, and NC Soft will develope on the current and further On-line games, making synergy effects.

 

Moreover, Both aggreed on the game marketing field too. They will publish their games on the their mutual net works for the cross marketings, and they will make one joint company to research and develop for mobile games too.
