There would be 'Ranked Restrictions' in the game of League of Legends

There would be new added function of 'Ranked Restrictions' in the 'League of Legends' by Riot Games. This restrictions are for players who are lack of the manner, applying to the users in the North America first for the trial.

The restrictions for players who keep giving noxious messages or spams to other players, and once the player get the restrictions, he or she cannot use the chat service or participate in ranked match. Also, restricted player cannot get the compensations during the game playing.
